St. David's Lager

Moo Brew was asked to create a beer for the new luxury Tasman Hotel. They wanted the name to relate to the heritage of the area. So we called it St. David's Lager, and made up three completely bullshit origin stories. One had the beer named after St. David's Cathedral, another the nearby St. David's Park, and the third involved a sainthood for Moo Brew owner David Walsh, for his service to age-inappropriate sneakers. We called it the No-Heritage Collection.
